The Money
The booking deposit is made through any of the options explained in Rockys' Availability and Booking pages.
This is non-refundable.

A security deposit is taken when you collect our campers.  This is held during the hire period and is refunded to you in the form of a business cheque or cash on the safe return of the camper and all of it's contents.  This must be cleared funds on the day of collection. The simplest way being to bring cash with you on the day.

On confirmation of your booking we will send you a statement confirming all monies paid, and amounts due which could include additional amounts due to camping extra's, an extra driver on the insurance policy or driving history.

Possible Extra Costs (per hire)

Surfboard hire £40
Additional driver on the insurance approx. £5 (per day)
Pet cleaning charge £20
Awning hire £25
DVD player £20 ( £100 bond required )

You can bring a pet with you, as long as it’s not a raging kangaroo.  We would ask that you bring suitable bedding or cages for the pets to rest/sleep in.

Age Restrictions
The Hirer must be between the ages of 25 and 70.

Mileage and Fuel
You are entitled to use our campers for a short or long trip with no mileage restrictions.  However, you are restricted to the Devon and Cornwall counties unless by prior arrangement.

You will have Rocky with a full tank of Unleaded Go Go juice, all we ask is that she be re-filled upon your return.

Privacy Statement
For the hire to commence we require a few personal details from you, mainly for insurance purposes, we promise to treat such information with utmost privacy.
